The City of Keene’s Summer Youth Employment Program (SYE) is an opportunity for youth ages 14-15 years old that reside in Keene, NH to gain work experience through a paid part-time summer job. The Summer Youth Employment Program has the cooperation of City Departments who provide work sites and youth supervision.
This summer, 19 fourteen and fifteen year olds are working part-time for six weeks throughout seven departments of the City.  Their jobs included maintenance, cleaning, recycling, library, grounds keeping, and clerical work.
