WHAT is Reach Out?
4 hours of activity -based respite every month
Any child AGE 6 to 14 with a developmental disability
chronic health condition or acquired brain injury and
his/her siblings (age 6 to14) can attend Reach Out and join
the fun.
WHAT Activities are offered?
Groups will be formed according to age and/or interests:
Arts & Crafts, Group Games, Music & Movement, Movies & Theme
Parties.
WHERE will Reach Out be held?
LifeArt Community Resource Center at 25 Roxbury Street,
Keene NH.
HOW much does Reach Out cost?
The charge for each event (4 hours) is $5.00 per child.
It is very important for caregivers to return on time to
pick up children. Those who return late will be charged
$5.00 every 15 minutes after the designated end time, which
must be paid to the staff person who remained after hours.
Families must reserve a space for each Reach Out
opportunity. Space is limited to 15 children.

WHAT if my child has difficulty with separation or
behaviors?
Staff will provide supportive, respectful care. They will
follow your direction as to best approaches to soothe your
child and will be clear about your instructions as to when
and if to contact you. Staff has the authority to ask
that any child be removed if behavior is unacceptable and
disruptive.

- Saturday November 18 6:00 to 10:00PM
- Saturday December 16 6:00 to 10:00PM
